Job description
- Lead enterprise-wide data strategy
- Manage teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI & Governance
- Drive cloud data platforms, ML/AI and data governance
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II...)
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 10+ years in data leadership roles and 5+ years managing teams.
- Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, fintech, payments).
- Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep expertise in data governance, quality, lineage, metadata and compliance.
- Strong understanding of analytics, AI, machine learning and MLOps.
Technical Skills (valued)
- Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Spark, SQL.
- ML frameworks and productionisation.
- Experience with security and risk in data environments.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and C-level.
- Leadership mindset: inspiring, collaborative, execution-driven.
