Learning System Analyst - 12 month FTC

As part of the Reward & People Data team, you will provide technical support for the firm's main learning management system and other related systems., * Provide technical support to end users and internal teams. *

• System and records maintenance on firms learning management system (LMS).
• Provide system training for all new users.
• Assist with configuration and implementing system improvements.
• Maintain system functionality by troubleshooting, analysing technical problems and deficiencies.

The successful candidate will have:

• LMS or systems experience.

• Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables and vlookups).

• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and analysis.

• Configuration skills.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail.
