Springtime Technologies is expanding, and we're looking for a System Integration Engineer to strengthen our Customer Experience and Product Delivery ecosystem.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong integration and system architecture skills who enjoy working across complex enterprise landscapes and ensuring seamless data flows between Springtime and customer environments.
You will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with ERP/SAP systems and third-party platforms, working closely with Product Engineering, Consulting, QA, SRE/DevOps, and Customer Success teams.
Rather than primarily handling escalations, this role is proactive and solution-oriented, ensuring integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer and product requirements., * Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Springtime's SaaS platform and customer environments (ERP/SAP, third-party systems, APIs).
- Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from technical design and configuration through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Analyse and troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, message flows, data mappings, authentication, and backend services.
- Work closely with Product Engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure integration stability, scalability, and performance.
- Support customer onboarding and complex implementations by providing integration expertise and technical guidance.
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation, specifications, and configuration guidelines.
- Contribute to product evolution by providing structured feedback on integration patterns, limitations, and improvement opportunities.
- Support pre-sales, consulting, or customer success teams with technical input for integration-related use cases when needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in system integration, implementation engineering, or technical consulting roles.
- Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs (REST/SOAP), web services, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with ERP(ideally SAP) environments and enterprise IT landscape.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and relational databases (ideally MSSQL).
- Ability to read and analyse source code (C# preferred) to support integration troubleshooting and validation.
- Familiarity with service management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits & conditions
The minimum gross salary for this position is €3.843 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
