Deliver analytics led operational transformation that improves performance, efficiency and decision making at scale. As an Operational Analytics Consultant, you will help organisations turn complex operational data into clear, actionable insight that drives measurable outcomes. The Company You will join a global consulting organisation specialising in strategy, design, technology, data and AI. The business works with complex organisations to optimise operations using advanced analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies. Based in London with hybrid working, this role also offers flexibility across other UK locations including Manchester and Glasgow. The culture values inclusion, collaboration and delivery ownership, with consultants trusted to influence outcomes and shape transformation., As an Operational Data Intelligence Consultant, you will work across process, asset and commercial analytics to support organisations in improving operational performance. You will apply analytics, automation and AI to real world operational challenges, translating complex problems into structured, data driven solutions. The role is offered across two grades, with Senior Consultants taking greater ownership of workstreams, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.
- Apply analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making
- Deliver process, asset and commercial analytics use cases
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insight
- Work with clients to shape analytics driven transformation initiatives
- Leverage automation, process mining and AI where appropriate
- Lead workstreams and mentor colleagues at Senior Consultant level
Requirements
Must Have

Experience delivering analytics or data driven transformation projects

Strong problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills

Understanding of process, asset or commercial analytics

Ability to structure complex problems and communicate insight clearly

Eligibility for UK Security Clearance Nice to Have

Experience with process mining or automation tools

Exposure to Generative or Agentic AI in operational contexts

Hands on experience with SQL, Python or analytics platforms

Consulting or client facing delivery experience

- Consultant salary range: £45K to £55K
- Senior Consultant salary range: £60K to £70K plus bonus
