Job description
Shape trusted data foundations that enable analytics, AI and intelligent decision making at scale. As a Data Management Consultant, you will help organisations turn complex data landscapes into reliable, governed assets that power real business impact., As an AI & Data Management Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of advisory, strategy and delivery, supporting organisations to build AI ready data foundations. Working across governance, data quality and master data management, you will influence how data is trusted, managed and used across the enterprise. The role is offered across two grades, with scope and responsibility increasing at Senior Consultant level.
- Advise clients on data management, governance and AI ready data strategy
- Design data governance, quality and MDM frameworks and operating models
- Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and data scientists to embed governance
- Support delivery of data catalogues, lineage, quality and stewardship solutions
- Lead workstreams and coach colleagues at Senior Consultant level
Requirements
Must Have

Experience delivering data management, governance or MDM initiatives

Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills

Hands on experience with data governance or management tooling

Understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage or stewardship concepts

Eligibility for UK Security Clearance Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Ataccama or Purview

Exposure to AI related data preparation or governance

Understanding of federated or centralised data operating models

Familiarity with DAMA or similar data management frameworks

- Consultant salary range: £45K to £55K
- Senior Consultant salary range: £60K to £70K plus bonus
