As our Total Rewards Manager (m/f/d), you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners, country HR heads and teams as well as managers across the globe. You'll be - together with your teammates - the go-to expert for all total rewards matters, combining hands-on operational excellence with strategic consulting to ensure our compensation and incentive programs drive business performance and employee engagement. Apply now and join us in our headhquarters in Pullach near Munich!, * You act as the go-to advisor for HR Business Partners, country teams, and managers on all total rewards topics: From compensation strategy and incentive design to market competitiveness and equity programs
- You design and optimize total rewards solutions that align with business objectives and local market requirements, partnering closely with leadership to drive impact
- You manage the full lifecycle of equity plans and incentive programs, including grants, vesting, bonus calculations, accruals, compliance, and stakeholder reporting
- You ensure data quality and reliability in Workday, conduct equal pay analyses, and deliver insights through ad-hoc reporting that supports strategic decision-making
- You build capability across the organization by delivering training to HR teams and managers, and creating clear communication materials that drive transparency and understanding

Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Education and Experience You have a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field and have gained 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or a related HR function
- Execution and Stakeholder Management You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrive as a trusted partner across geographies, and bring clarity and solutions to complex total rewards challenges with a proactive, can-do mindset. In addition, you have a proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
- C&B and Regulatory Expertise You bring deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive design, and equity programs (especially SPP/LTI plans) and have knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations related to compensation
- Analytical and Technical Skills You possess strong analytical and numerical skills and pay high attention to detail. Your Excel skills are advanced and you have gained experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Languages You speak fluent English, German language proficiency is a plus
- Nice-to-have Experience in international/multi-country compensation, project management certification or experience, and a background in finance or controlling
