Job description
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the Solutions Lab environment: setup, stability, automation, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on technical lead role (not a people manager), with real ownership and a strong DevOps/environments focus., * Own the end-to-end Solutions Lab environment (setup, reliability, lifecycle, documentation).
- Build and maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines supporting development and testing workflows.
- Support integration and end-to-end validation by ensuring environments are stable, reproducible, and testable.
- Troubleshoot environment and integration issues across an interconnected ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide 2 interns (task breakdown, technical coaching, review habits, documentation culture).
- Drive operational best practices (runbooks, monitoring, repeatability, quality gates).
Requirements
Do you have experience in DevOps?, * 5+ years in DevOps / platform/environment ownership roles (or equivalent).
- Strong CI/CD + automation mindset; comfortable owning tooling and making pragmatic decisions.
- Experience dealing with integration-heavy systems and reliability problems end-to-end.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
