Job description
Despite the title, this is not a people manager position. It's a Test/Validation Lead role focused on test planning, coverage, traceability, and documentation. There is already an existing testing team - your job is to keep the quality "control tower" complete, consistent, and audit-friendly across two POC products (legacy + new). You'll report into an international structure (line manager in Switzerland) and work English-first., * Own and maintain test strategy, test plans, and coverage control across releases/products.
- Ensure traceability: requirements test cases execution evidence defects.
- Maintain systematic documentation and quality reporting (status, risks, gaps, readiness).
- Coordinate with the existing testing team to ensure execution aligns with plans and coverage.
- Be the QA interface for stakeholders in an international setup (strong English comms).
- Keep enough technical curiosity to understand how the product works (without being the implementer).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test management tools?, * 4+ years in QA, with strong exposure to test management / validation / QA lead responsibilities.
- Strong planning, traceability, documentation, and quality-control mindset.
- Experience with test management tooling (Jira/Xray or similar).
- Comfortable working across teams and handling stakeholders in English.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
