Salesforce Administrator

You'll take full ownership of our internal Salesforce landscape and ensure it runs smoothly, scales with the company, and supports every team effectively. That means managing configuration, improvements, integrations, and user support - while keeping stakeholders aligned on updates, project progress, and process changes. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions and feel comfortable advising teams across the company.

Salesforce is the backbone of everything we do. It powers critical processes like subscriptions, licensing, billing, and customer lifecycle management. Our environment is deeply integrated with tools like Chargebee, Marketing Engagement, and a variety of sales and operational systems - making this a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys complexity and scale.

Beyond Salesforce itself, you'll also take responsibility for the broader software stack we use. You don't need to be an expert in every tool from day one, but you should have the curiosity and technical confidence to understand how systems connect, and how they can best support Salesforce and our operations.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement;
• Experience with Flow and Apex is a plus;
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a bonus;
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator;
• Excited by Salesforce's new features and eager to innovate.
