Data Support Specialist

You will be part of the Data & Analytics team at HEINEKEN Netherlands, working closely with the Analytics Product Manager and Business Analyst retail. Together, you support the retail organisation with insights that drive commercial growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in Data, Business Analytics, IT or Economics
• 2-3 years of experience in a data, analytics or digital support role
• Experience with Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Affinity with Retail, FMCG and commercial environments
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, structured and detail-oriented mindset

As a Data & Digital Support Specialist, you support the Analytics Product Manager and Business Analyst Retail at HEINEKEN. You connect data, digital solutions and the Retail business by delivering reliable insights, dashboards and analytics support that enable data-driven decision-making. What are you going to do?

• Support the development, maintenance and optimisation of analytics products, dashboards and reports
• Analyse retail, sales and promotion data and translate it into actionable insights
• Safeguard data quality and support continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes
• Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new analytics and digital solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, IT and Digital & Technology teams
