Job description
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will shape the Employee Portal roadmap to deliver a seamless user experience, improve efficiency through automation, and enable data-driven decisions and future AI innovation.
You will also:
- Define and own the Employee Portal strategy and roadmap aligned to HR priorities.
- Act as the key link between technical teams, stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee design, development, testing, release and ongoing maintenance of new features.
- Drive automation, workflows and self-service to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead change initiatives to promote adoption, engagement and training.
- Build strong relationships across senior leadership, IT and suppliers.
- Ensure platform quality, governance, compliance and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, If you have a strong understanding of ServiceNow Now, combined with proven product delivery experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, we'd love to hear from you., * Proven experience as an HR Platform or Product Owner with people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar.
- Expertise in platform upgrades, release cycles and operational governance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale transformations and enterprise deployments.
- Background in HRIT operations, digital transformation or enterprise architecture.
- Track record of delivering platform improvements aligned to business strategy, including customer experience and automation.
