Pega CSSA Developer

We are hiring an experienced PEGA CSSA Developer to join a growing technology consulting environment delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation and BPM solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact PEGA implementations across regulated and large-scale domains, while collaborating closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams., * Develop and configure PEGA applications in line with defined requirements and development standards

• Work within Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and PEGA Express
• Conduct unit and system testing to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Support the Lead Architect in reviewing work packages and estimating delivery timelines
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
• Manage issues, risks, and change requests within assigned scope
• Escalate risks and blockers proactively to ensure smooth project delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to quality and governance standards

• 6+ years of experience in a PEGA CSSA role
• PEGA CSSA Certification - mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in PEGA development and implementation
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be currently based in the United Kingdom
• Must have valid Right to Work in the UK (minimum 2 years remaining)
