• Own the solution blueprint including case taxonomy and microjourneys
• Define non-functional requirements and integration strategies
• Design integration architecture and oversee data design processes
• Implement UX strategies ensuring accessibility and responsive behavior
• Manage DevOps practices including deployment pipelines and automated quality gates
• Lead observability and performance tuning initiatives
• Ensure security and compliance with industry standards
• Provide leadership in CoE standards and facilitate AI initiatives
• Document architecture decisions and engage in stakeholder management
• Lead testing strategies and ensure effective communication with stakeholders

• 10-14 years of overall experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Two successful end-to-end implementations of Pega CS
• Strong understanding of case taxonomy, microjourneys, and interaction flows
• Proficient in non-functional requirements such as scale and resiliency
• Expertise in integration architecture including REST/JSON and OAuth2
• Experienced in data design and enterprise data models
• Knowledge of UX strategies including accessibility (WCAG)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolsets
• Strong understanding of security and compliance standards such as GDPR
• Proven leadership in CoE activities and AI initiatives
• Mandatory: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Preferred: Additional certifications in Pega Decisioning, GenAI, and Digital Messaging
