Job description

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions. In this role, you'll collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support stakeholders across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven answers., * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to understand data needs and define metrics
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support ongoing performance analysis
  • Document data definitions, methodologies, and analytical processes
  • Manage data sets and ensure they are being used in the correct way

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana)
  • Experience working with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel)
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Previous experience in a business, product, or operations environment
