Job description
We are looking for an Application Support Technician to provide first-line IT support across the business and assist in the installation, maintenance, and security of company systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-line support for business applications, systems, hardware, and infrastructure
· Install and configure PCs, servers, printers, and associated software
· Monitor, log, and escalate IT issues where required
· Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security procedures
· Assist with staff training on IT systems and procedures
· Support the IT Department with general duties as required
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, · Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication skills
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
· Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) would be advantageous, but is not essential
