Job description

You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands.

  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops related to MarTech platforms and data initiatives.
  • Providing support during implementation and post-implementation phases, including user training and support.
  • Identifying and documenting risks and issues related to MarTech platforms and providing recommendations for mitigation.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation related to MarTech platforms and data initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry & platform trends and best practices in MarTech, data management, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions and join and contribute to the community of Practice.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Marketing Technology Specialist Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital, you will need a combination of strong functional, business, and technical skills. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget. Relevant certifications, such as AEP Business Practitioner, Data Cloud or Business Analyst Certifications as well as a knowledge of applications of AI and agentic technologies are a plus., * Strong functional and business understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms, data activation, and customer data platforms (CDP).

  • Desired (but not mandatory) experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce Data Cloud, or Google Cloud Marketing Solutions or composable solutions
  • Experience in developing functional specifications and use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • General technical knowledge of SQL / Databases / APIs / Architecture
  • Demonstrable expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
  • Proven experience in leveraging LLMs to deliver high-quality work
