You'll be a key part of the technical support function, ensuring customers telecommunications services run smoothly and reliably. From diagnosing VoIP and network issues to proactively improving system performance, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping critical services operational.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality technical support across telecoms, VoIP and networking environments
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and voice platform issues
- Monitoring customer systems and maintaining performance standards
- Carrying out system checks, updates and preventative maintenance
- Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve recurring issues
- Keeping accurate case notes and technical documentation
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice
Requirements
- Experience supporting VoIP platforms and network infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Confidence using network diagnostics and analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
