Our client is a Brussels-based company operating in a technical and regulated environment, with an international scope. As part of its digital transformation and the structuring of its IT function, our client is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting an IT Coordinator who will play a central role between users, management, and external partners., As an IT Coordinator, you will hold a key, cross-functional position, combining both operational and organizational responsibilities.
You will cover the full IT scope: user support, infrastructure, business applications, and coordination of external service providers. You will actively contribute to the company's digitalization and ensure the continuity, reliability, and ongoing development of its IT systems.
Your responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (workstations, software, access, etc.).
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments, security).
- Administer and optimize business applications in collaboration with an external consultant (CRM, webshop, internal tools, Office 365, etc.).
- Lead IT projects (new tools, improvements, migrations) in collaboration with various departments (e.g. CRM implementation project).
- Coordinate and manage external IT vendors and service providers.
- Identify innovation opportunities and propose continuous improvements to systems and processes.
- Support users and management through change and the adoption of new tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT coordination role or similar position.
- Versatile profile, comfortable with support, infrastructure, applications, and project management.
- Experience working with external IT service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative environments.
- Excellent organizational, autonomy, and communication skills.
- Strong sense of innovation and a genuine ability to support change.
- Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset (trilingual profile is a major plus).
