Job description
As an IT Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, supporting them with a wide range of technical issues. You will manage daily IT operations, administer systems, coordinate access rights, and contribute to the rollout of new technologies and applications. The role combines user support, system administration, and infrastructure maintenance., * Act as the main contact for employees with ICT-related questions and provide hands-on and remote technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents independently, ensuring clear and user-friendly communication.
- Prepare legitimacy documents, manage application and service access rights, and support hardware deployment.
- Oversee daily backend system administration tasks and participate in the implementation, testing, and maintenance of new IT systems.
- Monitor IT systems, networks, and tools, and ensure proper functioning and continuous improvement.
- Install and maintain IT equipment, peripherals, and network components.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Excellent understanding of Windows 11 and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud environments, and Veeam Backup & Replication.

Knowledge of API Management and basic networking.

Awareness of modern development technologies and interest in applying them to internal applications.

Experience with the following ecosystem/tools is a strong asset:

Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, .)

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft SharePoint
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IT support or system administration role.
Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate effectively in English.
