- Monitor adoption metrics, recommend interventions, and ensure alignment with broader organizational dashboards.
- Mentor internal teams, develop reusable toolkits, and document knowledge transfer plans for sustained change management practices.
Requirements
Proclinical is seeking a Senior Change Management Expert to lead and implement structured, people-centered change management strategies for priority AI initiatives. This role focuses on fostering adoption, building trust in AI, and embedding new ways of working. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with organizational goals and ensure sustainable practices beyond the engagement period.

- Background in Organizational Change, Business Communications, Psychology, or related fields; advanced certifications (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous.
- Experience leading change management for complex technology, data, or AI transformations in large organizations.
- Familiarity with AI strategies, data platforms, and data strategy rollouts, preferably in R&D or scientific environments.
- Skilled in using collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and analyzing basic data-adoption metrics.
- Strong strategic mindset, influencing abilities, and experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in simplifying complex topics, crafting compelling narratives, and facilitating workshops.
- Adaptable and pragmatic, capable of adjusting plans in evolving organizational contexts.
