Job description
- Operational configuration responsibility, specifically in the areas of Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation and Employee central
- Implementation of change requests from concept to configuration, testing, and rollout
- Hands-on support for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems (Open Text, ATOSS, etc)
- Support of integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI)
- Development and harmonization of the HR system landscape and HR KPI dashboards
- Lead HRIS projects
- Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
- Work and collaborate with external implementation partners
- Close collaboration with HR departments and IT
Requirements
- HRIS expert with 5-8 years of work experience
- At least 5 years of technical hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems
- Knowledge and experience with Open Text, ATOSS (a plus)
- Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
- Experience in vendor selection
- Project Management & Relationship management
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Fluent In English and French (written and spoken)
