Job description
- Lead the trainer/coach team (all programs)
- The job owners responsibilities are:
- Capture the business needs in terms of use cases and prioritize them
- Define and propose solutions to end Users
- Define the roadmap for deploying the solution incl. Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Share the target solution to development team and test the final development
- Deliver high quality training materials and solution documentation
- Communicate to and manage key user communities
- Support end User by training and direct assistance
- Run and monitor the bug fixing and continuous improvement process
- Ensure and follow the M&T and IM (L2) activities:
- End user license management
- Bug ticket resolution
- SAP, MES interfaces continuity with 3DX
- Non regression tests
- Application performance monitoring
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or similar
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing or related IT application management
- Understand and capture business needs in a complex environment
- Willingness & motivation to investigate in the 3Dx application to provide solution support for end users
- Curiosity, rigor and synthesis is important, good communication skills
- Be the Manufacturing Engineering referent to the business users
- Good knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and industrialisation activities on new helicopter programs including the applications Delmia, 3Dexperience, MES Aprisio and SAP
- Basic knowledge in IT application management
- Knowledge on agile way of working e.g. SAFe or Scrum
- Fluent in French and English, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
