Job description
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening data quality across a global organization. You will empower the data community to treat data as one of its most valuable strategic assets. You will be responsible for the global rollout and adoption of a new Data Quality Platform, built on Informatica technology.
This platform enables the organization to continuously monitor data quality, report on it, and define targeted actions that drive measurable improvement.
You will join a Global Data Governance Team, working closely with data producers across multiple countries, data consumers, and IT teams at a corporate center. Together, you will ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and ready to fuel advanced analytics and AI innovation., * Drive awareness and adoption of data quality monitoring by clearly demonstrating its business value.
- Act as the Center of Excellence for the Data Quality Platform.
- Design and build Informatica prototypes to perform Data Quality Assessments and guide stakeholders on their data quality journey.
- Align with and train Data Stewards on the effective and potential use of the Data Quality Platform.
- Collaborate with internal IT and architecture teams to ensure smooth and stable operation of the platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest Informatica features and capabilities.
- Explore and validate new possibilities through hands-on work in Informatica.
- Create, maintain, and embed Global Data Quality standards, and monitor adherence across the organization.
Requirements
- You have relevant experience with Informatica IDMC, CDQ, and CDI (experience with CDCG is a plus).
- You are hands-on, curious, and not afraid to explore the unknown.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and can easily switch between "data language," "IT language," and "business language."
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about data management.
- You can easily shift between detailed focus and a helicopter view.
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and delivering hands-on training.
- You have more than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment (an international organization with a complex IT landscape).
- You hold a Master's degree.
