Job description
As the ERP Systems Manager, you will be the go-to expert for SAP Business One across the business. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage upgrades and enhancements, and ensure the ERP platform continues to evolve in line with business needs. You will also manage the organisation's CRM and Sales systems, working closely with external partners to optimise functionality and integrations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables, improvements, and long-term systems strategy., * Act as the SME for SAP Business One across all functional areas
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, maintenance and change management
- Manage integrations with third-party systems (WMS, production planning, scanning solutions, etc.)
- Work with support partners to maintain stable, high-performing ERP environments
- Analyse business requirements and deliver process improvements
- Produce key insights and metrics on ERP and CRM system performance
- Maintain accurate system documentation and support user training
- Support wider digital transformation, data analytics, and BI initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an SAP B1 specialist and 6+ years in ERP support/management
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP B1, including add-ons such as B1UP and Codeless BPA
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- SQL database expertise and understanding of systems architecture
- Experience with integrations, APIs, data warehousing and BI tools
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as D365 Sales
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to other company sites
