3rd Line IT Engineer (Inhouse)

• Provide 3rd line support to all ICT teams and report to management on system performance.
• Install, configure and maintain service, software, hardware and application components.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge and experience in the following main tech stack:

• Azure
• Office 365 Services
• Windows 10/11
• Active Directory
• VMWare
