Job description
The ETS Data Analyst is a key role in ETS.
He/she continuously increases his/her expertise in the various tolling methodologies to support the ETS business in delivering the highest quality of service.
He/she ensures the availability and accessibility of all the needed relevant data from various systems (on premises and cloud), develops dashboards, scripts and methodologies to analyse trends and deviations, covering development and operations.
He/she will also support the Management in the follow up and understanding of the tolling business evolution.
Your tasks
· Developing/maintaining new/existing SQL scripts on multiple databases for routine reports or on request for special ad hoc analysis for Business or operation management.
· Developing and implementing data analysis methodologies from non-SQL databases such as Mongo, including Atlas (Cloud).
· Proposing ETS business processes internal indicators (for quality assurance management).
· Creating, running, and distributing daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly reports (using SuperSet, OpenSearch, APEX or any other available tool). Analysing the current processes and proposing improvement where relevant.
· Analysing all data and trends and reporting unexpected deviations. Discussing improvement solutions with all the teams.
· Analysing all KPIs deviances reported by the Toll Chargers and proposing adjustment when relevant.
· Monitoring ETS contractual KPIs and proposing corrective actions if deemed necessary.
· Working as a team with other T-Systems Data Analysts to support cross departmental requirements.
· Developing continuously his/her knowledge on the toll principles and mechanisms. Supporting the team where and when necessary, by proposing new ideas and developing new reports.
· Proposing and implementing automated deviation warnings mechanism to ensure continuous monitoring.
Supporting all ETS teams in documenting and maintaining the Standard Operation Procedures, including technical and business processes., Creative solution orientation - formulating and implementing innovative solutions and proposals.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scripting?, · Ideally an academic degree in a relevant matter, such as Information Technology, mathematic/statistics, etc. However, this can be advantageously replaced by several years of professional experience in data analysis.
· In depth knowledge of SQL scripting (SQL Developer or other similar tool) and in other programming languages like Python.
· Advance knowledge in Excel and very good knowledge in other MS office suite tools (Word, Power Points, Access, etc.).
· ideally knowledge in following tools: APEX, SuperSet, OpenSearch, JIRA, Confluence and HPSM.
· Basic experience with Oracle, Postgres and/or MongoDB.
Language skills
