Machine Learning / AI Engineer 60-100%

We're looking for an open and passionate individual to join us in pursuit of great new AI tools that help our users make better decisions. As a Machine Learning / AI Engineer, you will help building and changing the future. You will have the opportunity to challenge ideas, contribute with your own ideas, and ideally support the development of new solutions. Additionally, you will have the chance to refine Generative models and play a role in shaping the adoption of AI tools across the company. Your impactful work will help empower Swiss consumers in making better decisions. In detail, you will be responsible for:

• Development of machine learning models and tools, with a focus on Generative AI as well as other areas. This will involve working on various use cases and helping to implement and improve machine learning algorithms, tools and enhancements of our current product landscape.
• Contributing to the creation of training datasets by performing exploratory analysis, selecting and preparing the data for machine learning purposes. This will involve cleaning and organising the data to ensure its quality and suitability for model training. As well as building tools, agents and other cool stuff in the given area.

Do you have experience in Python?, * Creativity and curiosity for data-driven innovation, generative AI, ML in general and the like in an online environment. Ability to apply data modelling, statisticsand machine-learning to delight our users and solve business problems in the fields of personal finances and marketplaces.

• More than 4 years of experience in Data Science and Engineering skills.
• Deep understanding in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Scala, Java).
• At least 2 years experience and deep understanding in working with foundation models (e.g. LLMs, multimodal models). Practical experience with tools like Python scikit-learn, LLMsdeployment, fine-tuning,openAIPlatform or others.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
