IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide L1 and potentially L2 on-site support in Munich. The role involves supporting end users with desktop and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer communication and service., * Provide L1 and L2 on-site support (Desktop & basic Network)

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day user issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and basic Azure-related tasks
• Install, configure, and maintain user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Escalate complex issues when required and follow proper documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with end users

Do you have experience in Intune?, * Experience in IT Support (L1/L2) or similar role

• Working knowledge of O365, Intune, Azure
• Ability to resolve common end-user IT issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills (soft skills are essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Language Requirements:

• English - Fluent
• German - Fluent
