Join us as a Salesforce Consultant to contribute to a strategic healthcare project focused on Consent & Preferences Management solution built on top of Salesforce's ecosystem.
We are looking for someone to join a multidisciplinary team and bridge the gap between business requirements and Salesforce technical solutions. You will lead requirements gathering workshops, translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and declarative automations, and ensure that solutions meet both client expectations and technical best practices., * Conduct and lead detailed requirements gathering sessions and workshops, capturing business needs in the form of precise user stories.
- Translate complex, validated business requirements into scalable technical designs and implement configurations across Salesforce (custom objects, fields, security models, validation rules).
- Design, build, and deploy complex declarative automation solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows) to streamline business processes.
- Manage data quality and perform data migration tasks using tools such as Data Loader, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects or project phases, coordinating collaboration between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
- Assist QA teams in testing and validating solutions.
- Support deployment of implemented solutions into sandbox and production environments using CI/CD tools like Copado.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical solution designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, and end-user training materials.
- Prepare and deliver application training for key users.
- Support Nuvolar's thought leadership initiatives by collaborating on strategic content, participating in industry webinars, and representing the company at relevant events.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce expertise across multiple clouds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide stakeholders while delivering high-quality business solutions., * 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations across clouds, able to communicate these effectively to clients.
- Experience applying project management methodologies to lead small to mid-sized projects successfully.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to capture complex requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), administration, and data modeling, including experience with data migrations.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Openness to learn and applying new technologies, CRM systems, and specialized tools beyond core Salesforce functionality.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant.
