Job description
- Run Operations: Monitor interfaces, triage/resolve incidents, analyse failures, tune performance, manage certificates/keys, and ensure SLA & compliance (availability, throughput, error rates)
- Improve: Refactor flows for reliability and cost, standardize patterns, create reusable artifacts (templates, value mappings, scripts), harden security, and automate monitoring/alerting & transports
- Build: Design and implement end-to-end integrations (real-time/batch/event-driven), document HLD/LLD, perform testing, and promote through environments to production
- Govern: Maintain interface catalog, naming/versioning standards, transport strategy (TMS), and change control; provide guidance to juniors and stakeholders
- Collaborate: Partner with SAP/Non-SAP app teams, enterprise architects, and business owners to plan roadmaps, resolve defects, and deliver projects on time
Core tech stack
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI): iFlows, adapters (HTTPS, SFTP, OData, SOAP, IDoc, JDBC, AS2, AMQP, etc.), mappings, error handling, Groovy/JavaScript
- API Management, Cloud Connector, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, Value Mappings, Message Queues
- Security: OAuth2, mTLS, SAML, X.509, PGP; secure coding and secret management
- DevOps/QA: SAP TMS for BTP, Git, CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub Actions), unit & integration testing (Postman, Int4/other), observability (SAP Cloud ALM/SolMan, custom dashboards)
- Targets: S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Sales/Service Cloud, BTP services; common non-SAP endpoints (Salesforce, Microsoft/Azure, REST services, databases)
Requirements
Do you have experience in XSLT?, We're looking for a Senior SAP Integration Consultant with deep hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to own day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvements, and deliver new integration implementations across SAP and non-SAP landscapes., Must have
- 7-10+ years in integration; 4+ years hands-on with SAP CPI/Integration Suite across run/improve/build
- Strong iFlow design, mapping (Graphical/XSLT), scripting (Groovy/JS), error handling, performance tuning
- Solid understanding of IDoc/ALE, RFC/Proxies, OData/SOAP/REST, EDI/AS2 basics, and event-driven patterns.
- Proven experience with transport & release management on BTP (TMS), and secure connectivity (Cloud Connector, certificates)
- Clear, concise documentation; stakeholder communication; incident & change management
Nice to have
- SAP Event Mesh, Integration Advisor B2B/EDI mappings, Trading Partner Mgmt
- Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka/Azure Service Bus or similar MQs
- Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring/change; Solution Manager background
- Architecture frameworks (ISA-M), API-first design, and cost optimization on BTP
- Language skills: English (required); German/Spanish a plus
