SAP ALM Expert

Own strategy and end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation & Operations) to improve delivery predictability, release quality, monitoring, and incident response across S/4HANA, BTP, and connected SaaS landscapes.

Your Responsibilities

• Define the CALM operating model, roles, RACI, quality gates, and KPIs aligned with SAP Activate
• Configure projects, requirements, testing, defects, releases, deployments, and end-to-end traceability
• Set up monitoring, alerting, dashboards, SLAs/SLIs/SLOs, and problem management
• Integrate CALM (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP BTP CI/CD), and documentation
• Lead cutover planning, rehearsals, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization
• Create playbooks and trainings; coach delivery, test, and operations teams

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Must-have

• 5+ years SAP delivery/operations experience, incl. 3+ years hands-on with SAP Cloud ALM
• End-to-end SAP Cloud ALM setup covering delivery, testing, releases, deployments, and operations
• Integration of CALM with Jira or Azure DevOps, incl. toolchain/API connectivity
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, SAP transport/deployment and cutover/hypercare
• Definition and use of delivery and operations KPIs (e.g. lead time, MTTR, defect leakage)
• Operations monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and KPI-based reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English

Nice to Have

• RISE with SAP experience (Public/Private Cloud)
• Test automation exposure (e.g. Tricentis, OPA)
• Observability / ITOM / SIEM integrations
• Relevant certifications (SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, Agile)

• Work on modern RISE with SAP & S/4HANA projects
• Exposure to SAP BTP and cloud-native architectures
• Strategic role in key SAP initiatives for a major international client
