Python Developer

• Develop prototypes, Proof of Concepts, and reusable code that demonstrate GenAI model capabilities and solve common application problems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and platform teams to define priorities, best practices, and adoption patterns across the firm.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and support to developers using GenAI platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders across teams, influencing and enabling them to integrate AI techniques into their applications effectively.

• 5 years of experience in Python for AI/ML, with familiarity in OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or prompt engineering.
• Good understanding of GenAI development, AI/ML life cycle, data engineering (SQL, NoSQL, Big Data), and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Front End frameworks like Angular or React and developing AI-enabled applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing teams across global, cross-functional environments; background in regulated industries preferred.
