Job description

We`re looking for a People Data, Insights & Analytics Lead to take ownership of how we use people data across GreenSquareAccord.

This is a pivotal role where you`ll shape our people data strategy, improve data quality and governance, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports better decision-making at every level of the organisation.

You`ll be part of the Reward Team and be the subject-matter expert for people data, working closely with senior leaders, the People & Culture team and HR Systems colleagues to ensure our data is trusted, compliant and genuinely useful., * Lead the development and delivery of our People Data Strategy, including data governance, quality and GDPR compliance

  • Create and maintain people metrics, dashboards and reporting that meet stakeholder needs and drive action
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide clear, evidence-based insight on workforce trends, risks and opportunities
  • Act as Data Steward for all people data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems
  • Work closely with the HR Systems Manager to improve system capability, integration and self-service reporting
  • Produce regular management information, statutory returns and ad hoc analysis, explaining trends and variances
  • Build confidence and capability across the People & Culture team through training, coaching and guidance
  • Keep up to date with external people analytics trends and bring forward improvement recommendations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, You`ll be a confident people-data professional who enjoys working at both strategic and hands-on levels. You ll have the following experience and skills:

  • Significant experience working with HR / people data and systems
  • Strong analytical capability, with advanced use of Power BI and Excel
  • Experience of data governance, data quality and compliance (including GDPR)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insight for senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and within change environments
