Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer (Education clients) with a small but well established Education IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) that was set up by two technical founders who are genuinely passionate about supporting schools and delivering high quality IT services.
The role is a hands on, customer facing IT position supporting various primary and secondary schools across London and the surrounding counties. The role involves taking ownership of day to day technical issues while also working on more complex networking, server and deployment work. This role is best suited to someone operating at a strong 2nd line level, with exposure to more complex 3rd line issues and projects.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, Experience supporting schools or working for an education MSP (required)
Strong communication skills with teachers, heads and admin teams
Technical exposure to networking, servers, Google Workspace, macOS, iOS and Chromebooks
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
