Job description
- Provide IT support to internal users across 1st and 2nd line
- Resolve a variety of IT issues for our head office and satellite sites
- Assist in the growth and transformation of our IT support team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and effective support process
- Take on more responsibilities as you progress within the role

Requirements
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11
- Familiarity with Office 365 support
- Exposure to network support is a plus
- Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses) is desirable
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions
- Ability to commute to the Winchester area twice a week
