Job description

  • Provide IT support to internal users across 1st and 2nd line
  • Resolve a variety of IT issues for our head office and satellite sites
  • Assist in the growth and transformation of our IT support team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and effective support process
  • Take on more responsibilities as you progress within the role

Requirements

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Proficiency in Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11
  • Familiarity with Office 365 support
  • Exposure to network support is a plus
  • Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses) is desirable
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Ability to commute to the Winchester area twice a week
