Job description
You will be collaborating closely with on-site nursery management, to enhance the overall end-user experience across our platforms.
You will use your process driven behaviours to ensure all activities are documented and process and procedures are recorded.
You will use your knowledge and technical experience to manage core infrastructure technologies and your security focus to manage our Cyber Security toolsets. You will also be responsible for system integration across business functional areas.
Requirements
You are an experienced IT Engineer who has improved accessibility and visibility of core infrastructure and key systems across a similar business. You have previously helped to create and maintain solutions that have allowed scalability whilst remaining secure and end user experience focused.
You are hands-on, adaptable, and capable of navigating varying levels of technical proficiency across the business. You view technology as an enabler and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships while instilling trust in stakeholders who may find technology challenging., * Experience in an IT Infrastructure role in a multisite business

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A security focussed mindset

Knowledge and technical experience with;

Core infrastructure technologies such as;

Microsoft cloud solutions including Entra, Intune and the M365 toolset

Network technologies such as Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti

Windows, Apple and Android device management and support

Knowledge of Cyber Security toolsets such as;
-
Antimalware and endpoint protection
-
Mail filtering
-
Web filtering
-
To be process driven with the ability to document processes clearly

Experience with system integrations across business functional areas

A willingness to learn new things
