Job description
As a 1st Line Support Analyst, this is an entry level role with training and mentoring provided. You will provide first-line application and technical support to NHS customers. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the Ingenica i360IM application.
Acting as the first point of contact, you will log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs, escalating issues where appropriate.
This role offers structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience, making it an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a career in IT service delivery within a growing organisation that supports critical NHS systems., * Act as the first point of contact for IT and application support queries
- Manage helpdesk tickets from initial logging through to resolution
- Resolve basic functional issues and carry out initial incident investigations
- Perform read-only SQL investigations under guidance
- Follow ITIL-aligned processes and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and continuous service improvement
- Understand and adhere to our IMS system
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong customer service and communication skills
- A logical, organised approach to problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A willingness to learn ERP systems and structured support processes
