Job description
As a Client Workflow and MI Manager you will be:
- Managing workflow for multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Producing and maintaining MI, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders
- Performing data analysis, cleansing and ensuring data accuracy across systems
- Developing robust processes and controls for managing input data
- Collaborating with Client Readiness, Change and programme teams

Requirements
- Experience using workflow management tools - including Salesforce
- Strong analytical, numerical and commercial skills
- High proficiency in Excel and confidence working with large datasets
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder-management capability
- Knowledge of client-facing operational processes within a digital environment

Huntswood is looking for a Client Workflow and MI Manager within our clients corporate banking area.
In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing clients for major digital and regulatory change across Corporate Banking, ensuring accurate data, strong governance, effective communications, and smooth campaign delivery.
Working in the client's largest campus, this office has recently been refurbished and provides a collaborative working environment to help you achieve what you need to in your working day, all in the beauty of the cheshire countryside.
Start Date: March 2026
Day Rate: £240 a day - Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Knutsford - Full time in office for first 4 weeks for training, moving to hybrid after training.
Working hours: Shifts between Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm - 35 hours p/w
Contract Duration: Till end of December 2026
