Job description
- Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix environments including CVAD, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC
- Administer and optimize Citrix environments for performance and reliability
- Manage user profiles and policies using Citrix WEM and FSLogix
- Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure with tools like Citrix Director and Citrix Studio
- Implement and maintain security controls such as MFA and access policies
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Document system configurations, standard procedures, and technical designs
- Stay updated with Citrix product updates and best practices

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Citrix engineering and administration
- Strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix Cloud
- Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and Citrix StoreFront
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Familiarity with FSLogix and Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience troubleshooting complex end-user computing environments
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure, and M365 integration
- Understanding of VDI performance monitoring and capacity planning tools
- Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and multi-factor authentication
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management practices
- UK national security clearance to SC level
