The Senior Systems Engineer Support (OS) provides engineering and management support for all enterprise systems. Senior Systems Engineering Support (OS) duties include enterprise Microsoft System Center - Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and group policy object management. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X. #clearance #LI-LN1 Responsibilities Major Job Activities: + The Contractor shall monitor, operate, and maintain System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) agents on over 200 Enterprise Servers. + Operate, maintain, and monitor general purpose and critical computing assets through SCOM to monitor and report on computing assets. + The Contractor shall develop and tune telemetry from managed systems to report to and integrate with Regional Cyber Center - Europe (RCC-E) management systems (e.g. Spectrum and SCOM) to enable efficient and rapid diagnoses of root causes of incidents and providing data for trend analysis. + Configure, operate, maintain, and monitor MECM for the RCC-E internal managed systems to automate patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment and hardware and software inventory. + Develop associated custom software packages as directed by the COR. + Identify unhealthy client servers. • The Contractor shall develop and tune telemetry from managed systems to report to and integrate with Regional Cyber Center - Europe (RCC-E) management systems (e.g. Spectrum and SCOM) to enable efficient and rapid diagnoses of root causes of incidents and providing data for trend analysis.

• Configure, operate, maintain, and monitor MECM for the RCC-E internal managed systems to automate patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment and hardware and software inventory.

• Develop associated custom software packages as directed by the COR.

• Identify unhealthy client servers. Material & Equipment Directly Used:
