Frontend Engineer (Open Talent Pool)

You'll work closely with design and product to deliver end-to-end features, leveraging AI-assisted development to move faster and smarter.

What You'll Do

• Ship production features weekly, turning complex insurance processes into intuitive, delightful experiences.
• Own the full feature lifecycle: design collaboration * implementation * production monitoring.
• Build lightning-fast UIs optimized for accessibility and top-tier performance.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product using the Vercel AI SDK.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools.

• Several years of experience building production React/Next.js applications.
• Strong CSS-in-JS or Tailwind skills and a deep understanding of responsive design.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern build tools.
• Experience shipping user-facing features at scale.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided).

Nice-to-haves

• Vercel AI SDK or LLM integration experience.
• Framer Motion / GSAP for animation.
• Sentry, DataDog, or other monitoring tools.
