As IT Manager France, you will play a strategic and operational role at the heart of Global Blue's technology ecosystem - driving service excellence, leading high-performing teams, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

What You Will Drive

As the IT leader for the French market, you will:

• Manage and inspire a team of Field Service Engineers and Project Managers, fostering growth, innovation, and team spirit.
• Own all IT operations, compliance, and project delivery across France, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Act as the local technical reference for regulatory compliance across Global Blue systems and solutions.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and fraud-prevention processes, ensuring robust risk monitoring.
• Oversee merchant technology throughout its lifecycle - onboarding, support, hardware, software, and process approvals.
• Lead key IT projects, monitor progress, and ensure flawless execution.
• Partner with Sales, HR, Finance, and Merchant Operations to support business performance.
• Manage France's IT budget, CAPEX, spending, SLAs, and internal systems (badges, CCTV, telephony).

Do you have experience in IT management?, * Proven experience in IT management, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.

• Ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of merchant systems, hardware, network, and software environments.
• Sales-oriented mindset and business acumen.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of POS technologies and transactional systems
• Understanding of payment solutions
• Familiarity with IT budgeting & CAPEX
