Senior Brand & Content Designer

This is a unique opportunity for a senior creative to lead visual direction, drive content strategy, and guide our Social Media Executive - ensuring everything we create is beautifully on-brand, memorable, and true to the Lumibop spirit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the creative direction across all marketing channels and campaigns
• Design high-quality marketing emails, web banners, homepage sliders, and blog visuals
• Create scroll-stopping graphics and content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta)
• Design high-performing advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Own content curation, ensuring visual storytelling and brand cohesion across platforms
• Collaborate closely with the product team to support concept visuals and product launches
• Brainstorm and lead seasonal campaigns, launches, giveaways, and storytelling projects
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines as the brand grows

Do you have experience in Figma?, * 4-5 years of experience in a start-up, FMCG / Retail or agency environment

• Strong background in multi-channel campaign design, brand identity, and content strategy
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, art direction, and storytelling
• Confident in guiding junior creatives and shaping brand vision
• Bonus: Illustration, motion graphics, stop-motion, or light video editing
• A proactive, ideas-driven designer who thrives on creativity and impact
