Cyber Security Architect

• Develop and implement security architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, regulations, and control standards.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Solution, and OT Architects to embed security in all designs.
• Define and maintain security standards, guidelines, and reference architectures.
• Deliver clear cybersecurity advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion Secure by Design across ISO/ICT.

• TOGAF, We are a large organization undergoing a significant cyber transformation and are looking to hire a Cyber Security Architect. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will influence strategy and strengthen cyber resilience. This permanent position is based in the North West of England, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, having lived in the UK for the last 5 years with no more than 6 months spent living in another country.

• Expertise in enterprise IT systems, networks, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), secure design principles, and architecture frameworks.
• Proven experience in security architecture or secure systems engineering in complex IT/OT environments, creating technical designs for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of threat modelling, secure architectures, and assurance processes.
• Experience delivering secure by design in regulated sectors (e.g., critical national infrastructure, defence).
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA).
• Open to speaking with Infrastructure Architects or TDAs that have experience securing networks or cloud security and are looking to specialise in Security Architecture.
