Job description
- Deliver technical support for Microsoft-based environments, resolving tickets efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Azure services, desktops, and servers
- Monitor and respond to automated alerts, ensuring timely resolution
- Carry out installations, upgrades, patching, and hands-on fixes
- Work closely with Microsoft and other vendors on escalated or complex issues
- Attend client site visits on a rotational basis
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a busy support environment. You should have:
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Teams, AVD, Intune, M365 admin)
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing a ticket queue
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- A Microsoft certification or equivalent practical knowledge
- Previous MSP experience (advantageous)
- Exposure to Legal or Financial Services clients (a bonus)
