Job description

The purpose of the role is to provide management and ongoing innovation of the HR systems to meet business needs. This will be done by working closely with the wider People System team as well as engaging the key business stakeholders., * The key relationships within HR Shared Services, with be Head of Shared Services, Workday Functional Leads, SME's, Change Manager to coordinate the comms to the wider business

  • This role will engage with Reward Team, Payroll, Policy Manager, Internal Audit, Divisional HR Directors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives and success criteria
  • Working with the business teams to educate them on the innovation and changes avaliable within Workday to enhance business processes
  • Management of CI activities requested for Workday from the business
  • Produce a clearly defined roadmap for relevant functional component of Workday
  • Accountable for the AMS partner workload
