Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Officer to support the delivery of change initiatives across the organisation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in change management, transformation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Change Makers to help plan, coordinate, and monitor projects that drive strategic and operational change., * Assist in the delivery of change and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, communications, and feedback sessions.
- Help document business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of changes.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, action trackers, and reports.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives.
- Support the development of training materials and communications for change rollouts.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Planner, Teams, SharePoint.
- Interest in change management and transformation.
