Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing? I own, execute, and drive the Change Management process by coordinating and communicating all Change Requests effectively. I ensure all Changes are logged, progressed, risk-assessed, accurately documented, prioritised, and approved by the correct personnel. I clearly communicate planned Changes to impacted customers and stakeholders. I maintain operational stability by managing Changes appropriately and challenging any that fail to meet process or quality standards. I support regular Change reviews through CABs, ensure Changes meet objectives, and oversee controlled post-implementation reviews. I measure performance against KPIs, manage risks and issues, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable effective Change deployment.

Requirements

I hold ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge and understand Change Management principles. I am organised, delivery-focused, and strong in planning and time-management. I have Salesforce and ServiceNow ITSM experience and can work both independently and within a team. I build effective stakeholder relationships through strong communication and can simplify complex information into clear actions. I interpret, analyse, and present data confidently. I have telecoms knowledge and can attain enhanced security clearance when required.
