Digital Workplace Product Owner, Engineering AI & Data, Engineering, EaaS Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC/DWS Product Owner to join our team, delivering a managed service to our client.

As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for End-User Computing (EUC)/Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), encompassing laptops, cloud-based virtual desktops, peripherals, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Your role will involve managing the lifecycle of these products, collaborating with vendors to make informed decisions, optimising hardware configurations, maintaining accurate asset information, and overseeing the management of EUC devices and Azure Virtual Desktops (AVDs) across the client's organisation.

You will evaluate the performance of current tools, drive improvements, and secure buy-in from the client's business and users by showcasing tangible progress. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance as needed., * Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and users.

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals for EUC/DWS.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of EUC/DWS products, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective delivery.
• Create, manage, and prioritise the EUC/DWS product backlog.
• Collaborate with vendors to make informed decisions on hardware and software selection.
• Optimise hardware configurations for performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate client asset information.
• Oversee technical teams managing EUC devices and Azure Virtual Desktops (AVDs).
• Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and users.

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on EUC/DWS.
• In-depth knowledge of client device technologies and their underlying architecture.
• Expertise in Intune, AVD, Application Packaging, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Familiarity with Azure, SQL, DevOps, Microsoft 365, and PowerApps.
• Significant technical fourth-line EUC/DWS support experience.
• Extensive experience in implementing, managing, and supporting EUC/DWS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Purview.
• Awareness of emerging AI capabilities within the Digital Workplace domain.
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) toolsets, including configuration, implementation, administration, and realisation of business value.
