Job description
We are looking for an experienced business analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on process analysis and process modeling for an exciting modernization project in the field of digital justice (Justitia 4.0).
In this project, the existing Juris 4 specialist application, which is based on outdated technology from the 1990s, will be completely modernized and transferred to a new architecture. External business analysis support is sought for the analysis of existing processes and the definition and modeling of future processes.
Tasks:
*Recording, analyzing, and structuring business processes and requirements
*Carrying out actual process analyses in collaboration with specialist departments
*Developing target processes, including coordination with the relevant stakeholders
*Process modeling in accordance with the BPMN 2.0 standard
*Documentation of processes in the BPM software Adonis
*Documentation of workflows, input masks, and document templates as a basis for implementation
*Participation in the definition and execution of test scenarios as well as post-processing
*Coordination and consultation with various user groups
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, *Several years of experience as a business analyst in demanding IT projects
*Very good knowledge of process analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling
*In-depth practical experience with BPMN 2.0
*Experience with modeling in Adonis is a clear advantage
*Ideally, experience in a justice-related environment (e.g., criminal proceedings, public prosecutor's office, courts)
*Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
*Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
Languages:
*Confident command of German (native speaker/business fluent)
